Our client was in need of multiple hydraulic power units for the opening and closing of shut-off valves. The HPUs must meet customer specifications, be user-friendly and as compact as possible. Additionally, all components must be easily accessible for future maintenance.
To meet customer specifications, we designed an HPU with a simple three-cylinder diesel engine. The HPU is easy to connect to the intended valves using the supplied hydraulic hoses.
The HPU has simple controls, which allows the user to open or close the intended valves without much effort.
During use, the control panel also clearly displays the status of the HPU. This gives the user a good overview.
The HPUs are
fully designed and assembled at our workshop in Sleeuwijk. They have been thoroughly
tested to ensure they meet the customer specifications.
Ever since 1991, we are developing and producing complete high-quality hydraulic systems and controls, whether these are standardized or custom made.
Our strength lies particularly in the development of hydraulic systems with intelligent control. These systems are being used in dredging, marine and offshore industry as well as in industrial applications.
